MVP OF THE LEAGUE
Cisco Acevedo
dominated in both
Diamond and Platinum
Division this season.
Acevedo ranked 2nd in
3-pointers in Diamond
and ranked 1st in
Platinum with a
league-high 46
three-pointers. The
division's leading
scorer also averaged
24.0 ppg but his most
outstanding feat was
leading Platinum
Division in steals (16,
2.3 spg).
"That's Cisco for you,
always expanding his
game," said GM Andrew
Knox. "Next thing you
know, he'll be a threat
to my Defensive Player
of the Season awards."
Notable Runner Ups
include: Kenny Jackson
(Run and Gun, The Rock),
Alvin Chung (Adoboys,
GBOB Adobo) and Harry
Yoo (Weda, Dipset)
GENERAL MANAGER OF THE LEAGUE
Cholo
Espinosa and GM Michael
Santa Maria
continue to pack the
stands every week for
Trinicousins and the
family oriented team
continues to be one of
the league's top draws
in both Gold Division
and Co-Ed. Trinicousins
jumped to the spot in
Gold Division this
season as Trinicousins
won their first 5 games
of the season.
Trinicousins not only
filled YouTube with
highlight reels but the
Trini-kids won the first
ever Halloween costume
contest back on
Halloween Weekend.
Runner Ups include:
Andrew Knox (Wolves and
Relics), Omar Alameddine
(Wolfpack, MSG and LFF)
and John Paras (Weda,
Bomba Stars)
STAFF MEMBER OF THE
SEASON
Omar Alameddine
continues to be a key
player off the court for
Superstar Basketball and
this season, Omar
Alameddine was a
tremendous help off the
court. With the league
changing officials in
the middle of the
season, Alameddine was
instrumental in helping
the league with the new
transition.
"You never want to
change things up in the
middle of the season but
there were too many
complaints on
officiating so something
had to be done," said
the League Commish.
"We're hoping for better
officiated games and the
league's most critical
player is in control of
officials. How ironic is
that? But seriously,
Omar has done a lot of
the league and his
character on the
basketball court is
totally different from
who the real Omar is."
Runner Ups: Calvin Chen,
Khanh Nguyen, JJ Collado
FAN OF THE SEASON
Adoboys Fans
showed up in droves this
season and they had some
of the wittiest side
comments according to
league analysts. Their
fans boosted their team
at their low point early
in the season and
Adoboys couldn't have
done it without their
support.
"Any time they were down
on themselves, the fans
motivated them to do
better," said a league
analyst. "When you have
the 6th man behind you
like that, you're going
to play inspired
basketball. Besides
Trincousins and
Entourage fans, Adoboys
were the most visible
out there."
Runner Ups include:
Trinicousins fans,
Entourage fans, Sin &
The Family Stone fans
MOST
INSPIRATIONAL PLAYER
Bobby Kovach
was arguably one of the
most exciting players to
watch in Superstar
Basketball this season.
His in game dunks were
impressive but his
ability to dunk on
people even had his
opponents shaking their
head in disbelief. The
Slam Dunk Champion from
last season wowed the
crowd with his death
defying dunks and he was
rewarded with a Most
Improved Player award in
Diamond.
"A lot of it stems from
Summer 2010 Finals, he's
using that last play as
motivation to get
better," said a fan.
"You can see his killer
instinct out there so
watch out, he's going to
dunk on you."
Runner Ups include:
Chris Capinia (Trinicousins),
Rob Da Silva (LA United)
and Danny Martinez
(Thrillers)

Ward named MVP, Run N Gun claims 4
of 6 awards.
The league's
toughest division was
dominated by Run N Gun and the
Riverside team made their triumphant
return behind Ricardo Etheridge
and MVP Cortez Ward. Cortez
finished with 156 points and his
19.5 ppg was tops in a fully loaded

all around stats for the division
and was rewarded Fantasy Player of
the Season. Run N Gun was
represented in the Rookie of the
Season category with 2 players,
Houstan Downey and Kenny Edwards.
The
offense oriented Wolves have lost
several Championships due to their
lack of focus on the defensive end.
This season, James Acevedo is
stepping up to lead the team on the
defensive end. Acevedo ranked
2nd in steals with 11 and was tied
for 1st in blocked shots with 9

POST SEASON AWARDS

Cisco
Acevedo named MVP, Andrew Knox wins
Defensive Player of the Season
The cover boy
for Season 18 made sure he earned
his status as the season's cover boy
as he led Relics to a division best
5-2 record. There were no 100 point
games for "C-Note" this season but
the 3-point assassin averaged a
division high 24.0 ppg. Acevedo led
the division in 3-of-6 major
categories including scoring,
3-pointers, and steals (16, 2.3 spg).
Hall
of Famer Andrew Knox added another
accolade this season and he was
named Defensive Player of the Season
once again for Relics. Knox led the
division with 48 rebounds and he
averaged 6.9 rpg, 1.4 spg.
The
jump from Gold Division to Platinum
is always tough but GM Ben Sin
proved the task wasn't too
overwhelming. Former Gold Division
Champions have dissolved right after
they make the jump from Gold to
Platinum. Will Ben survived Platinum
Division for another season?

Dedrick
Bates wins 2nd Gold MVP
Dedrick
Bates won MVP honors for the
second time in Gold Division as he
led Wedashitudaflys to the
division's best record, 7-1.
Bates averaged 24.8 ppg and his 24
three-pointers was a team-high.
Bates won the award two years ago
with Game Bang and a season before
that (Summer 2008), he won Platinum
Division honors with USUCK. Will
Bates become earn MVP honors in
Gold, Platinum and Diamond? Only
time will tell...
Chris Thomas was impressive
on the defensive end and his
highlight blocks on his opponents
were better than some of the dunks
his opponents delivered. Thomas
blocked 9 shots this season and he
averaged 1.8 spg, 4.8 rpg. His
defense helped MUDDOGZ (formerly
Flight School) return to Superstar
with a respectable record of 5-3.
Jon Paras was named GM of the
Season after leading Weda to a
division high 7-1 record. Weda, the
#1 team in the Playoffs suffered
their only loss of the season
against rookie team, The Ones. Gerry

award was Justin Antonio, Adoboys GM
and Tino Aldaco of SICKWIDIT.
Rafael Arteaga averaged 15.9
