POST SEASON AWARDS

Terrence Martin claims MVP honors,
Robbie Banks named Defensive Player
of the Season.
Terrence Martin continues to dominate Superstar
Basketball's toughest divisions claiming another MVP
title under his name. "T-Bone" averaged 20.4 ppg, 1.9
apg, 6.3 rpg, and had 21 three-pointers. Most league
analysts picked him up as Diamond Division MVP over
runner-up Cisco Acevado.
"Acevado's team is too stacked for him to get MVP
honors," claimed one analyst.
His teammate Robbie Banks led the division in blocked
shots with 24 (3.4 bpg). Banks averaged 9.0 rpg, 1.3 spg.
SICKWIDIT has continually climbed Superstar Basketball's
divisions playing in Gold a year ago and competing in
Diamond Division this season. Despite moving up the
ranks, SICKWIDIT continues to be competitive with
sharp-shooter Gary Beaird, all-around player James
Griffin and speedy guard Larry Parker all making a name
for themselves. GM Tino Aldaco has improved in Diamond
Division leading the team to a 3-5 record.

POST SEASON AWARDS

San
Miguel Beermen claims GM of the
Season and MVP honors with a perfect
8-0 season
Alphonso White
was awarded with the MVP title after
leading San Miguel Beermen to a
perfect season. The high flyer known
as "Flight" averaged 21.1 ppg, 5.9
rpg, 1.0 bpg. A close runner-up was
Eduardo Gonzalez of Outlawz who
finished with an average of 22.8 ppg,
7.8 rpg. Once again, Run N Gun/B.O.B.
continues to get snubbed from End of
the Season Awards with Stephen
Hernandez finishing in the middle of
the pack in both MVP honors and
Rookie of the Season honors.
Chacon Davis continues to put up
impressive stats on defense. He led
his team with 14 blocks (1.8 bpg)
and averaged 12.4 rpg, 2.3 spg.
Davis ranked 1st in steals with 18
(2.3 spg) and 1st in rebounds. Mark
Davison (Primetime), always a
candidate for Defensive Player of
the Season, finished 2nd in voting.
Flight School brought in a new class
of rookies and David Marquez was
named Rookie of the Season. The team
finished with a 4-4 record with
Marquez leading the way averaging
17.3 ppg, 14 three's, and a
team-high 24 assists.
San Miguel was much improved this
season and GM Dale Basingat was
awarded with GM of the Season
honors. He may be the GM on paper
but his teammate, co-GM Omar
Alameddine did a lot of the work and
he was given the highest honor after
the league announced him as the GM
of the Season.

POST SEASON AWARDS

Bullets claim GM of the Season and
MVP honors
In
the Spring of 2009, rookie team
Bullets started their Superstar
career with a record-low 13 points.
Two seasons later, Bullets have
improved considerably in LeBronze
Division winning a Championship and
completing a perfect 8-0 season. GM
Daniel Donato was awarded with GM of
the Season honors while teammate
Mike Enriquez was named MVP.
He could probably be a key starter
for a Gold Division team but this
season, rookie Andre Mc Neil led BFT
to a 4-4 record as he led the
division in blocked shots and
rebounds. Mc Neil averaged 13.4 rpg
(107 rebounds) and blocked a
division high 14 shots (1.8 bpg).
D-League's DT Justin Padierson was
named Most Inspirational Player of
the Season. Padiernos played all 8
games for D-League DT and averaged
11.9 ppg, 2.5 apg, 5.1 rpg. He led
his team in steals with 21 steals.
Last season, Kevin Singson averaged
just 8.0 ppg, 0.8 spg, 0.5 apg in 8
games for Pharcyde. This season, he
lead an improved Pharcyde squad in
scoring with 14.9 ppg, 1.9 spg, 1.8
apg. His 3-point shot has
improved and last season, he knocked
down 6 three-pointers. In his best
season to date, Singson knocked down
a team-high 20 three-pointers.
