Like Evander Holyfield, Semi Pro Inc is the real deal. They wanted the 1 Stunners (Winter 2008 Champions) on Week 1 but the league declined the request hoping the build up will last to Week 7.

Like the 1 Stunners last season, Relics claimed their first championship in their third try and GM Ernest Pablo is now 1-2 in the Finals.

It was a year ago when the Relics surprised everyone with a unsuspecting run to the Finals where they fell to Zero Balance in last year's Championships (Spring 2007).

The Women's Division crowned a new Women's Division Champion as Lady Skull-basherz defeated Ladies Reign, 56-31.

It's not a secret that both teams despise each other on the court and tension was building toward the end of the game. "For every hard swat that was made, there was an unnecessary elbow thrown," said a league analyst.
