The
stats page
has their name all over it, literally.
It has been that kind of a season but can
the Ladies be stopped?
Dear
Kenny Ali,
We know you're a rookie GM but I'm
tellin you, this is an easy win for You
Guys. All I'm sayin' is you should make
like me and pad your stats. Drew is only
averaging 7.8, and you only got 5. We
need to work on your stats bro, so tell
the rest of the boys to stay in Fontucky
while you make like Ricky Davis.
Stunners
vs. Deacons is one of the more storied
rivalries in the Diamond Division. Watch
out Mark Moton, the reigning Slam Dunk
Champ Giyoh Shey (20.3 ppg) wants
to dunk on you.
They're
still puzzled on how Posse beat Young
Gunnaz, a team Pimps feel they should
have beaten last week. GM Sam Yeung
needs to be concerned with that 2 game
losing streak and somehow their stats
are down across the board.
They were
given a win when Foundation forfeited
their game back on Week 3. Will Black
Out grant them a re-scheduled game or
will they keep their easy win?
They
dominated the Stunners in their early
days by winning two straight
Championships. Now that the reigning MVP
Mark Moton is back, will they
build on their two game winning streak?
A well
coached team against another well
coached team in Playmakers. If you want
to watch teamwork at its finest, you
need to watch SCB vs. Playmakers on
Rivalry Week.
They know
they can compete with the best but they
have a bad habit of trailing from the
start. They have 4 legitimate scorers
and they match up well with SCB.
"The
Kid" made a call to the League
Office saying he wants to play spoiler
and knock out some of the league's top
teams. Champion vs. Champion doesn't
look too good with Foundation and
Association both reeling so let's go
with Young Gunnaz vs. Foundation for
Rivalry Week.
For weeks,
Penny (Uzoma Kalu) and Lil' Penny
(Chris Mosley) have been
following Flight (19.2 ppg) and
the Relics. The highly anticipated dunk
off between the rookie and the
high-flyer could be the game to watch on
Rivalry Week.
They have
two of last season's top Gold rookies (Adrian
Eddington and James McCray)
but can they match up to former Rookie
of the Season and Reigning MVP Evan
Namkung?
Rivalry
Week and the Battle of the Ringers will
take place as Elements and Money Inc do
battle. Will GM Andrew Persaud
sit Bear and Ubom and have
his Evil Empire squad beat Elements?
"The
Kid" is salty about "77"
breaking his record. The .EMPIRE.
affiliate teams will face off as TROY
plays USUCK on Rivalry Week but can they
stop DeVan (56.0 ppg) ?
Rookie
John Chen (15.5 ppg) is providing
the team with a solid outside shooter. A
win over Class Clowns will almost
solidify their spot in the Playoffs.
Rookie
Carlin Ocean is in the running for
Rookie of the Season and a strong finish
is needed for the team to make the
Playoffs. Can the rookie lead them to
the Playoffs?
Harry
Yoo made like Yao Ming and was
diagnosed with a stress facture on his
foot. With the Fry Brothers out,
all USUCK has to show for is Derek
DeVan's record of 77 points.
Really
though, it doesn't make sense for a 1-7
Gold team to move up to the Platinum
division because of one guy. They
started the season late, you would think
the team would have picked up a few
pieces from other teams. Maybe Persaud
can show Luke the ropes on Rivalry Week.
Rule II h.
NO Diamond Division player who won
Diamond Division accolades, selected
as All Stars, or led the league in
stats in the Diamond Division will
be allowed to play in Gold Division.
(as voted on 1/13/08 per GM
Meeting).
It's not a
highly anticipated Rivalry game against
Underdawgs like they expected only
because Underdawgs isn't winning. They
actually admitted to missing their
nemesis, Franchise. "That
Rivalry Game from last season - best
game ever."
GM Lalo
Arroyo wanted his nemesis GM
Andrew Persaud from the beginning of
the season. The former MVP has always
drooled over BBC/Rated R/Money Inc fans
and if he blinks, Evil Empire might blur
right past him.
