Rocky Anciano

ROCKY ANCIANO is the first staff member to be suspended after kicking a Flashback player Trevor Dinh.

"I fouled hard because the refs didn't see me trying to foul. All I did was walk over him to get to where I was going," said Anciano.

Videotape showed he walked over point guard Dinh and followed with a slight kick directed at Dinh's body. 
  
  Suspension is as follows:
   - suspended for 3 Sundays.
     (won't be back until Playoffs)
   - suspended working the stats table.
   - suspended from attending the games.
   - suspended from writing (not even as Ghost Writer).

In addition, Rocky will be fined $50 according to the Rules
which state:

"Reinstatement fee for any suspended Player involved in other altercations - $50"
 

Flashback
GM Chris Mosley

General Manger Chris Mosley was suspended for shoving Anciano immediately after he Anciano kicked Flashback point guard Trevor Dinh.

"I stood up for my player, I didn't punch Rocky, I was just defending my players."

THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE IN THIS LEAGUE.

This altercation had no punches thrown but Mosley was suspended for the rest of his games scheduled on Week 5. Suspension affected 2 games he was supposed to play in.

   - Remix vs Relics
   - Flashback vs. 626'ers

In addition, Chris Mosley will be fined $50 according to the Rules which state:

"Reinstatement fee for any suspended Player involved in other altercations - $50"
 

Thrillers
Hanz Jimenez

PG Hanz Jimenez was traded from Phenoms to Thrillers for a player yet to be determined.

The terms were undisclosed by Phenoms GM Alvin Aguilar.

Teammates had to be separated after an altercation occurred during the bench. Although punches weren't thrown, the game was stopped as the altercation carried on to the basketball court.

THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE IN THIS LEAGUE.

While punches weren't thrown, the game was called and Fabulous was awarded with the win. Both players were suspended 1 game and weren't allowed to participate in their game against 626'ers. Both Lamar and Leandre served their suspension and will be allowed to participate in their Week 3 game.

626'ers
Harry Yoo

Center Harry Yoo was traded from Thrillers to 626'ers for a player yet to be determined.

The terms were undisclosed by 626'ers GM Rodney Ching.

Showtime
David Mayfield and Mike Moreno

Players on the "80 List" must pay their balance of $80 before they are re-instated in the League. The 80 list is a list of players who played games but failed to pay any league fees.

Showtime used 2 players that are listed on the "80 List". A $80 fine has been assessed for each player and must be paid during the game. Each player must pay a separate $80 re-instatement fee.

Because the head official and stats-keeper allowed players from the 80 list to play, both Reggie Ramirez (Head Official) and Francis Pascual (Stats Keeper) were fined.

List of Fines served for this mishap:
- $80 Reinstatement Fee for David Mayfield
- $80 Reinstatement Fee for Mike Moreno
- $160 Fine assessed to Showtime
- $25 Reggie Ramirez - fined
- $10 Francis Pascual - fined

re-instatement fee.

Because Showtime used players that were ineligible to play, a forfeit was given to Showtime and So Cal Ballers was awarded with a win.

Relics Center PJ Lee was charged with two technical fouls in a game against That Same Team. He will serve his suspension on the Relics second game of the season.

Dynasty
Ken Ngarayawongse

New teams cannot use old team names until after a year has passed.

The team name Dynasty is now available after 1 year and former Phenoms player Ken Ngarayawongse has acquired the rights to Dynasty.

USUCK
Derek DeVan

If a player accumulates 2 technical fouls: Out of game + 1 game suspension.

USUCK's Derek DeVan was charged with two technical fouls in a game against Relics. He will serve his suspension on the opening day of the new season. He will not be allowed to play for USUCK.
