COMMISSIONER, WRITER, WEBMASTER
EXPERIENCE:
Hanz Jimenez begins his 3rd
season as League Commissioner. The founder of Superstar
Basketball had his first experience running a basketball
league for St. Martha's Church in 1996 and 1997. He
started Superstar Basketball in August 2006 hoping for a
10 year reunion with some of the teams from a decade
ago. He is optimistic that the site will improve after
every season and totally believes school is a waste of
time. "Graphics and design was self-taught and a hobby
for 10 years. I went to college for networking. The only
thing I learned was to plug networking cables to a
router...on a wireless network."
HOBBIES:
This year, his focus is to enjoy his Fridays instead
of wanting to work everyday. Whether it's going to see a
movie with females or dining out at a restaurant, he
believes that life should be a balance of work and play.
Family, inner circle of friends, and fitness are his
main priorities.

Tommy Avalos
LEAGUE
CO-COMMISSIONER, LOGISTICS, FINANCIAL ADVISER
EXPERIENCE:
Tommy Avalos begins his 2nd
season by being more involved with League operations.
From prospecting new sites, to being involved with
players, Tommy has taken on the task quite well. He
excelled at acquiring gyms last season and always went
out of his way to do more than required.
HOBBIES:
Tae-bo, Darren's Dance Grooves, likes to fight with
shadows. Tommy has jokes for all occasions.

Reggie Ramirez
HEAD
OFFICIAL, SOUND ENGINEER
EXPERIENCE:
Reggie begins
his 3rd season with Superstar but has an
abundant amount of experience at the JC
level, HS Div.I tournament level,
Park & Rec, and Adult Rec.
HOBBIES:
Basketball, dee-jaying, making jokes that no one
laughs at.

Jimenez
HEAD
STATS-KEEPER
EXPERIENCE:
Mark is in his 3rd season
and is hoping to take on more tasks as the year
progress. He will receive formal training on creating
game logs and stats sheets. One day he will be the
centralized location for all stats keeping but for now,
he will head the stats table.
