RECORD

STREAK

1 1 EAST The Problem
"After Week 7, they're going to start suck." That was the soundbyte that motiveated them as the clobbered Foundation. GM Dennis Adams made a point when he said his biggest opponent might be overconfidence from here on out. Their ultimate goal is the Championship so 7-0 is nothing to them.
Stats  I  Roster 7 - 0

WON 7

2 3 EAST Young Gunnaz
Their only loss in their Sophomore season was against Black Out but Young Gunnaz have been on a roll and their biggest challenge lies on Week 8. Remember when Black Out had a double-header last season and won both games to secure a Playoffs spot? Well, Y.G. will face the undefeated Problem and the reeling Zero Balance
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 1

WON 3

3 2 WEST Foundation 2.0
Cocky. Arrogant. Pompous. Dont' mistake those adjectives for confidence. Maybe they got over-confident after beating those records (assists, three point, scoring) and now the team is struggling to beat its biggest opponent yet.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

LOST 2

4 4 WEST Deacons
They've won 3 games in a row and the Deacons are surging. The big match-up will be MVP contender, Mark Moton facing rookie MVP contender, Keith Allen on Week 8.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 3

5 5 EAST Black Out
Keith Allen has to be the front-runner candidate for MVP. Not only is he playing out of this world but Bim is in the zone right now too. If their team was as dedicated as some of the other teams were, Black Out would be on top of the charts.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 3

6 7 EAST #1 Stunners
Got the swag back after winning two straight games. Their momentum should give them a slight advantage over Foundation, a team on a two game losing streak.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 4

WON 2

7 6 WEST Zero Balance
What's up with Mike Mason. First the All Star Game and then Rivalry Weekend. We know he's not afraid of Mark Moton so what's up with the no-show. Wait... could it be that Mike Mason and Mark Moton......... is the same person??? Dun-dun-dun.
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 4

LOST 2

8 9 EAST Parking Lot Pimps
They're this close to clinching a post-season berth and all they have to do is beat former teammate, Orlando Williams. How bittersweet would that win be....
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 5

WON 1

9 8 EAST Team-Play
They lost to PLP the first time around but they get another chance as the two teams face off in Week 8. Rematches are only happeneing because of what happened with the team ranked at 11. ehem.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 5

LOST 2

10 10 EAST Hardest Out
They rookies need to make adjustment next season. Whether its dropping down to Platinum or recruiting new players, a lot of pressure for a young GM, Joseph Cha.  Admirable that they haven't quit and their back-to-back games this weekend proved they have no fear and is ready for any challenge. Sounds like DSK back in Winter 2007 and look at them now.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 7

LOST 7

11 9 WEST Cali's Finest
After everything the staff has done to accommodate every team in the League, this is what it comes down to? Two teams who paid 4 games, Cali's Finest and Lingustic Legend's' have no plans of paying the registration fees. QUITTERS need to pay.

STREAK

1 3 WEST Bank
Bank vs. Main Event was arguably one of the best games to watch on Week 7 after both teams captivated the crowd with several runs. Bank had the upper hand in the OT period and the team now faces their jersey rivals, Yhatus.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 4

2 7 WEST Relics
They're questioning Bank's top seed but they need to worry about winning a must win against Main Event on Week 8.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 2

3 4 WEST Angkor Wat
So much for counting them out. Five wins in a row and The Wat is in a roll. Remember the days when Khorn Leng was criticized as the biggest bully in Gold Division and there's no way he can dominated in Platinum. Well, he's doing it again, and we're repeating this statement again because that's how many times the man was doubted in the Wat's Gold Championship run (Winter 2007)
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 5

4 6 EAST The Association
They play so physical yet they talk with so much grace. They're the top ranked team in the East and it was well deserved after handily beating DSK on Rivalry Week.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 3

5 1 EAST DSK
They lose a tough one against The Association but the team must prepare for their first post-season, an accomplishment after the team failed to qualify in its first 2 seasons.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

LOST 1

6 5 WEST Main Event
They lose a tough one against Bank and are at a must win situation come Week 8. Their point guard said it best, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." The minute the team self implodes, they lose a 12 point lead and the team is reeling.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 3

LOST 3

7 2 WEST Still Fly

Still Fly and Main Event are on the bubble. Relics and The Association can spoil the Playoffs hopes for either team. If both teams win, the staff will have to do some sorting out to see which teams make it to the postseason.

Stats  I  Roster 4 - 3

LOST 2

8 8 EAST Yhatus
Looks like Rivalry Week all over again as the team faces the long awaited "Jersey Rivalry" match between two jersey designers.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 4

WON 1

9 9 EAST Game Breakers
"I forgot Mosley plays for Remix." The staff finds it hard to believe that the former GM of the season, Tommy Avalos, in advertently forgot that his Abstract teammate (Gold Div) Chris Mosley manages his own team, Remix. Forgot or trying to cheat? The team was automatically given a forfeit and as a reminder to Avalos, he'll face Remix on Week 8. Oh, and the WINNER automatically makes the Playoffs.
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 5

LOST 2

10 11 EAST Remix
GM Chris Mosley was trying to help his teammate out by playing for Game Breakers. So much for maintaining the integrity of the League, fellas. If anything, Deep Penetration, Game Breakers and Remix should be facing penalties for trying to get away with playing with "Ringers"
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 6

WON 1

111 10 EAST TROY
We'll do them a favor and just give them 7 games this season. Only 1 person shows up and for the team to quit is disappointing.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 6

LOST 6

12 11 EAST Lingustic Legend's'
After everything the staff has done to accommodate every team in the League, this is what it comes down to? Two teams who paid 4 games, Cali's Finest and Lingustic Legend's' have no plans of paying the registration fees. QUITTERS need to pay.

RECORD

STREAK

1 2 WEST 626ers
They pretty much own Gold Division right now. They have had the toughest schedule to date despite what others are saying having played Thrillers, Aztecs, Deep Penetration, Money Inc.
Stats  I  Roster 6 - 1

WON 4

2 6 EAST Thrillers

"The team shouldn't even be ranked this high," admitted their volatile point guard, Hanz Jimenez. Money Inc can knock them down a few slots but if they win, they'll start the Playoffs with the 2nd seed.

Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 3

3 5 WEST Aztecs
Aztecs should be ranked 2nd. We all know that but the tie-breaker rule for multiple teams that are tied goes to the team that beat the higher ranking team. Thrillers defeated 626'ers and and you can bet Don Clark is giving Andrew Persaud some advice on how to beat the Thrillers on Week 8.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

WON 3

4 1 EAST Deep Penetration
The team is under investigation after the team was discovered that they used a "RINGER" on Week 7. It didn't matter since they still got beat by 626'ers and now a penalty awaits them.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

LOST 1

5 3 EAST Money Inc.
You know he's hurting but GM Andrew Persaud is laying low this week. Basketball is a game of runs and this 2 game losing streak is exactly that. "You gotta be able to dish it, at the same time you gotta be able to take it in." That's what the GM is doing, taking it all in and being a sport about it.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 2

LOST 2

6 4 EAST Abstract
Lost a tough one against Aztecs and the team is struggling to make the post season. If they lose to Underdawgs, they're officially out of the Playoffs.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 3

LOST 1

7 9 WEST Hungry Hungry Hippos
Let's all gather close and brace ourselves, "The Hippos are a game above .500 and will finish no less than a .500 season."
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 3

WON 1

8 10 EAST Underdawgs
They can still make a run at the post season. All they gotta do is beat Abstract. All they gotta do is beat Abstract. All they gotta do is beat Abstract. We're reminding them only because GM Jon Paras is pushing 30 and word on the street is he's throwing a lavish party out in Hollywood for the milestone. "Happy Birthday, Mr. Paras."
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 3

WON 2

9 11 WEST Franchise
They defeated their rival Money Inc on Rivalry Weekend and have a double-header against Phenoms and Hungry Hungry Hippos. Their mantra is "Defense wins games" so Hippos and Phenoms should expect a whole lot of D on Week 8.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 3

WON 1

10 7 EAST Team Kabibbles
They fail to make the Playoffs but then again, this isn't Outkast or Flight One. While their brand is still safe with a winning tradition, these players will continue on remembering they didn't make the Playoffs and teams next season should be afraid of Outkast.
