WEEK 8. You know what that means. Media Day. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can take pictures of your team. Games will be competitive and we are anticipating delays. Emphasis... ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING.

SURVEYS. General Managers will be filling out their end of the season surveys. Check in with the stats table when you arrive so you can fill out the game sheets and the surveys.

ANNUAL BANQUET. Tentative date is July 14. We'll have more info in the following weeks but we need a head count on how many guests you'll be bringing.

TEAM PICTURES
It's that time of the season. Last day means, team pictures. Young Gunnaz take a picture in Week 5 to re-hearse for their actual team picture on Week 8.
ABDUCTION
After playing in the Game of the Season, Elements and Hungry Hippos both forfeited their games on Week 8. League Insiders assumed that a) Elements Brandon Adachi kidnapped the little kids from Hippos or b) they weaseled out of their game knowing that the season was over.
STREAK ENDS AT FIVE
#1 Stunners GM Mark Pagdilao has been clutch all season long but a missed free-throw with the Stunners down by 1 sealed the deal for the Parking Lot Pimps. P.L.P. ended the season ranked #1 with a 7-1 record.
Deacons/Aztecs Don Clark: Franchise is the Cinderella team of the Playoffs. I'm rooting for them!!

626'ers: We love the SS league. It's a change of pace and the competition here is good too. We are just gettin into things at the moment. A lot of us havent played leagues/bball in awhile so its like our first time playing, but we are gettin there.

Franchise: It's obvious, defense wins games.

Relics on Phenoms: Good game guys, youre not out of the playoff picture yet... just do your thing and beat aztecs and you're in. Alvin, good job with improving the team, you guys have definitely improved over last season!
