RECORD

STREAK

1 1 WEST Deacons
Their title defense is off to a good start. Jester Jovan had another big all-around game and  Platinum's, Rookie of the Season, Mark Moton, showed Gold's ROS Andrew Knox how tough it is in the higher division. Deacons Showed Knox in Week 1, now it's DSK in Week 2.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

2 3 WEST Angkor Wat
Leapfrogged most of the Platinum Division teams and their win over Stunners proved that reigning MVP, Khorn Leng, isn't their only weapon. Their Dynasty in Platinum is about to begin...
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

3 5 WEST Global Gym
Their match-up against Game Breakers had both teams clowning around. They start the season with a win and want nothing to do with games that have playoff implications
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

4 7 WEST Xplosion
Their new acquisitions will noticeably contribute and their bench is the strongest its ever been. Despite the improved roster, the "Big 3" need bigger backpacks... they're about to carry the whole team.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

5 8 EAST DSK
General Manager, Harry Yoo, made good on his promise to win games and make the Playoffs in their second season. So far so good and they upset Mindstate to start off the new season.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

6 11 WEST Foundation
Gain a competitive EDGE and build on your Foundation with Hooptown. Some marketing niche the GM and the Talent recruiter have going but Foundation is off to a solid start.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

7 12 WEST Cali's Finest
General Manager, Dimitrios McKay, is off to a good start with his new team. Still trying to find their identity, they'll face another new team in search of its identity, Black Out.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

8 16 EAST Parking Lot Pimps
Sam Yeung was their leading scorer against Islanders and their team looked really good in this debut. New teams are hard to figure out so a game against an established team should see how they fare. Global Gym has next.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

9 2 WEST Mindstate
So much for that undefeated record. Here's an alarming stat. They are 0-2 without Derrick DeVan including Playoffs.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

10 4 EAST #1 Stunners
Angkor Wat got the best of them on opening weekend and their stunner swag is somewhat staggering. They are hoping to right the ship when they face Islanders in Week 2.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

11 6 EAST Freestyle
The Presca Players are back and the reunion started off with a loss. They were led by Steven Watts in Week 1 and a game against Islanders' Giyoh Shey should be a great match-up.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

12 9 EAST Game Breakers
They lost to the Second Season Champions and we're about to go retro in Week 2. Foundation vs Game Breakers has history behind it but the personnel on both teams are significantly different.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

13 10 EAST Dynasty
"Technically, we won," said Jay-R DeRamos.  "Technically, ya'll late." said the Commish. Despite the loss, their guards were impressive and it looks like Mindstate, without Derrick. Angkor Wat vs Dynasty should be a great game.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

14 13 WEST Islanders
The purple Mardi Gras jerseys had them playing like they were on vacation in Week 2. They were scheduled to play Parking Lot Pimps but they showed up trying to dress like pimps. We wonder what kind of get up they'll have against Freestyle.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

15 14 EAST Black Out
Their game against Foundation was a washout and no one expected them to be routed in their first game. They'll face a new team in Week 2, Cali's Finest.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

16 15 EAST Young Gunnaz
Expected a closer game against the Champs but the you just gotta take the loss as part of the growing pains. They want to face all the top teams and last season's runner-up, Mindstate, is next on the list. "Be careful what you wish for."

RECORD

STREAK

1 2 EAST Outkast Connection
They beat the Relics in their season-opener and the Flight One merger is about to dominate. It's really really early in the season, yet the scheduling committee has scheduled Outkast vs. Aztecs. Ah-Sum!
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

2 3 WEST Bank
Didn't play B-LO their standards despite demoting themselves from Platinum to Gold. They are a different team without Giyoh, but don't overlook these guys, they can play. They player Thrillers in Week 2.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

3 6 EAST Deep Penetration
Follow the Leader? What's that? They lead their own path and proving that they're here to win, they threw out their weakest link. D.P. and Thrillers will collide in Rivalry Week but for now, they face a team that smashed on them last season. Relics vs Deep Penetration II
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

4 8 EAST Rated R Superstars
Don't say we told you so, but Andrew Persaud's heel turn was imminent as soon as they dropped their BBC name. The nastiness is about to come out and they'll take any win they can just to get to the top.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

5 9 EAST Thrillers
Thrillers. Ranked 5th.Thrillers. 5th? The team is now 3-21 overall in four seasons but they have 3 legitimate shot-blockers (Lalo Arroyo, Kris Carrillo, Melvin Watkins) who at one point led the league in blocked shots. Their growing pains isn't over yet and they are using their game against Bank to cash in on their new acquisitions.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

6 12 WEST Zero Balance
Gary Beaird's made his debut with 35 points and GM Kanna Mom has another Angkor Wat in the making. Rated R Superstars is ranked higher but critics have Rated R as the underdogs in their Week 2 match-up.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

7 14 EAST High Five
They easily won against another rookie team, Hungry Hungry Hippos. From the inexperience Hippos to the experienced "older brother team", they face the Elements in Week 2.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

-

8 1 WEST Aztecs
This is probably the lowest you'll see them all season. Playing with 4 guys and to still have the lead against Rated R before fouling out... they should consider that loss with an asterisk. They should own the top spot, a spot that Outkast Connection is sitting on.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

9 4 WEST Relics
Their friends (Phenoms) couldn't get the job done against Deep Penetration in OT and Relics are more than willing to out-do their competition. Their loss against Outkast dropped them five spots to ninth place.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

10 5 WEST Elements
The good guys are old fashioned, loyal and believe in tradition. It's been a tradition to start the season off with a loss.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

11 7 EAST B-LO-DA-RIM
Lost to Bank in their season opener and the "Killer Bee" press was obviously missing. They have been relatively quiet (notably Center, JC Rivera) and someone needs to make some bets to rile up the big guy.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

12 10 WEST Phenoms
Welcome back to the Twilight Zone. They lost 4 close games last season and they thought that was resolved in the off-season. They start the new season losing to DP in OT and the curse of the Pablo, Ocfemia walk-off is still on the team. It's gotten so bad, the Co-Commish was re-assigned to play for another team.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

13 11 WEST Hungry Hungry Hippos
Their fans were there, they wanted to win, and they were hungry for their first win. They should add another Hungry to H3 because all they did was shoot the ball with everyone selfishly trying to score. They used 1 play throughout the whole game after months of practicing and they easily lost to H5. They'll face the Underdawgs next.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

14 15 EAST Underdawgs
They lost to a great team in Zero Balance but it's way too early to see where they stand. They could be last season's version of B-LO-DA-RIM (Under...B-LO, get it? Uhh..) and a game against the Hippos at the zoo has been scheduled.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

-

15 13 WEST Franchise
Their first game was bittersweet and it's a good thing that loss didn't count against them. A rematch against the "REAL" Abstract is on the horizon but for now, they'll face B-LO-DA-RIM.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 0

-

16 16 EAST Abstract
Co-Commish, Tommy Avalos, was assigned to lead another team late Monday evening and Tommy was more than happy for the re-assignment. "I am the Fantasy player in Week 1. You gotta respect that. I pass, I score, I make people laugh. I wasn't used right, and now..." (Cut the babble, Tommy. You want Phenoms... welll... Abstract vs. Phenoms, Week 2)
