Welcome to the Spring
2007 Season!! This is our 4th Season, and we have a
new home, Walnut Rec Center. We hope you
guys like the new layout...this was
an unexpected launch but we couldn't wait to launch the
new site. so here it is. Here's another
preview, of what the rest of the season will
look like.
Week 1
GENERAL MANAGER'S MEETING When:
Sunday, April 15, 2007 Time:
5 p.m. Where: Meet at Walnut

management, Refs, Code of Conduct.
TEAM ROSTERS are
available for
download here.
General Managers, please submit roster
online or bring to game. Players in your
team must be present in either Week 1 or
Week 2 games in order to be added to the
roster.
REGIONAL ALIGNMENT
30 teams. The last day
to add teams is on Wednesday, April 18. We
will cap out at 32 teams with an even number
of 16 teams in each division.
We welcome 9 new teams
this season and we have been placed all
teams in their respective Conference.

Rivalries will be renewed, old friends will
reunite... and we start it off on Sunday,
April 22.

Bio:
Born
in East Los Angeles, Jowell migrated to La Puente "The
Bridge" when he was young. Jowell has always had a
passion for writing and dj'ing. In high school, he
discovered a niche for rhyming. Fast forward to 2007,
he's been performing with Antidotes ov Hip Hop hoping to
one ultimately spreading his good music to the masses.
Q&A: 1. How would u say hip hop and
basketball compare?
Hip Hop and
Basketball are a lot alike. In Hip Hop, just like in
basketball, you strive to not only be better but to be
the best. You practice to develop something that no one
else has. It's more than just a passion, it's a way of
life. Let me quote Superstar real quick. Hip hop isn't
just a game, it's a lifestyle.
2. Who's your favorite team?
C'mmon I'm from LA,
you know Im a Lakers fan 4 life!. But I admire other
teams too..especially those that play team
basketball..Other than the lakers I got love for the
pistons...even though they beat us in the finals that
year...you can't deny how they play the game
