1 2   The Loop and Then Some
GM Jasmin Marasigan was excited about the second season and their first game showed clearly why. The Loop looks like they are contenders and we're curious to see how the compete against well dressed, Macuil
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

WON 1

2 4   Ladies Reign
Winning and experience should go hand in hand. If that were true, they'd have no problem against the rookies, Macuil.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

WON 1

3 1   Smokin' Aces
They have until their 4th game to finalize their roster and GM Anna Reyes needs to find a Center. The lack of post presence hurts the team despite the stellar play of their backcourt.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

LOST 1

4 3   Macuil
Those are some nice jerseys and the rest of the other women better take notice. They were well prepared for their first game but still fell to another new team, Ladies Reign

STREAK

1 4 EAST Young Gunnaz
A huge win against Foundation and the Young Gunnaz are a force to be reckoned with this season. Bank is hoping to shut 'em down come Week 3.
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

2 9 WEST Deacons
They would be proud about making the jump from 9 to 2 but fact of the matter is ballin is a 9 to 5 and the job is to play, win or lose. The soundbyte of the weekend: "Where's the Problem? Mouth got bigger than their hearts? We still want to pay them."
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

3 8 WEST Black Out
The Keith Allen Show premiered on prime time and guest star Hardest Out was on the hot seat. When challenged multiple times, the Rowland team buckled under pressure.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

WON 1

4 5 EAST #1 Stunners
The Stunners surprised Bank on Week 2 and their opponents paid for it with a loss. They better be careful not to overlook their Week 3 opponent, Hardest Out, arguably the dark horse team in the Diamond Division.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

5 2 WEST Bank
They won't overlook the Fontana team, Young Gunnaz and you know their GM was watching YG play last week.  Expect a fully loaded Bank squad to make an appearance.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

6 3 WEST Team-Play
GM Orlando Williams: "Oops, looks like we are beatable. They may have lost to a Deacons squad that has something to prove but rest assured they aren't crying over their losses. JR Resse: "Gym was slippery, can't get no traction...that's all it is."
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

7 1 WEST Foundation 2.0
A double-header is on the horizon and the defending Champs isn't done partying just yet.  "Halloween is coming up, we should dress up like Pimps...from Hollywood."
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

LOST 1

8 6 EAST Parking Lot Pimps
An 0-2 start isn't all that bad considering eight teams will make the post-season. Everyone was seeing double on Week 2 and a spectator had this to say, "Sam Yeung is so fast, he can teleport from one spot to another."
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 2

LOST 2

9 7 EAST Hardest Out
They have the talent to outshine Stunners but they have to put a solid game plan against an experienced Stunners squad.

STREAK

1 1 WEST Relics
Against Money Inc., they lost Flight momentarily and the team seemed destined for a crash landing. Experience paid off and GM Ernest Pablo proved he was the better GM against his nemesis, GM Persaud.
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

2 2 EAST The Association
Championship before graduation and they'll be more than willing to put their accolades on their resume once they're done with college.

The Association

Objective: To surpass expectations by earning an 8-0 record and winning the Championships in the Platinum Division in Southern California's premier adult basketball league, Superstar Basketball.

Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

3 4 WEST USUCK
No really you do. The team is tired of issuing challenges and it's about time teams challenge them for their Top 3 rankng. Look at the MySpace page and you'll see Mosley calling them out...
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

4 5 EAST Money Inc.
Even with a loss, they still climbed the rankings. How does that happen? Well, Money Inc beat Angkor Wat, and the former Champs beat Remix, and Mosley's team defeated Rocky's, that's how.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

5 6 WEST Angkor Wat
Week 3 and we're looking to spice things up.  How about a Winter 2007Gold Division Finals rematch between Wat and Aztecs.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

6 3 EAST Remix
GM Chris Mosley didn't want to celebrate his birthday weekend with a loss but guess Wat, it happened, twice. Mosley has been talking trash about how USUCK hasn't beaten quality teams so guess wat...
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

7 9 WEST Full Clip
"Take that Jon Paras!!"  Their GM, Rocky Anciano skipped all the way home with socks knee high and fingers snapping after beating his rival not once, but twice on Week 2. What in the world does Full Clip mean anyway?

Rocky: "It's like that Gangstarr hit, you know."
Staff: "So you don't listen to Mariah Carey on your IPOD?"

Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

8 10 WEST Aztecs
They look like a borderline Playoff team but if they somehow manage to defeat Angkor Wat, that will send a message to all Platinum Division teams that Aztecs belong in Platinum.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

9 8 EAST Game Breakers
Seems more like Game Broke if you ask us. They can't buy a bucket... literally.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

LOST 1

10 7 WEST Still Fly
They are underachieving, something GM Jon Paras isn't accustomed to. They'll be evenly matched up with rookie team, St. Fam Hustlas.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 2

LOST 2

11 13 EAST Street Fam Hustlas
GM Paul Anderson didn't want to start the season off with a 2 game losing streak but he's still managed to make the Playoffs in the past. His former team, Franchise, started off last season with a two game losing streak and look at how far they've come along.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 2

LOST 2

12 11 EAST TROY
They have yet to play a game but when they finally return, watch out because they'll be the Main Event. Ken received his EMPIRE shirt via Fed Ex and the new era for TROY is about to begin.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 0

STREAK

1 5 WEST Regulators
They beat top ranked Underdawgs and are rewarded with the top seed but how long can they stay on top. Reigning MVP Kevin Valmonte wants to knock the rookies out of the top seed and have already issued a challenge for the top spot.
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

2 2 WEST Franchise
GM Raymond Cardenas needs to act faster and while he was issuing challenges out last season, he's been mute since the team has held him captive. They want to be the top ranked team but fact of the matter is the rookies defeated top ranked Underdawgs. '
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

3 3 WEST 626ers
40 minutes beat Stylin On You so bad, they had the rookies fighting amongst themselves in Week 2. Knowing that Niketalk's FootClan is acting like the team's Iverson, the 626ers are 40 minutes away from seeing the Regulators self implode.
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 0

WON 2

4 6 EAST Money Shot
Their full roster wasn't even there and the GM paid for it against a fully loaded Outkast team. The return of Outkast's Mr. Marcus exposed the lack of size Money Shot has but Rocky Anciano isn't sweating over it.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

5 7 EAST Outkast Connection
The top team in the East want respect after they put NT Money Shot away. They have to be careful not to look focus specially with the big Halloween party on Friday.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

6 8 EAST Deep Penetration
The unexpected hero of the game, Jerry Sandoval caught fire from downtown but the real hero of the team is firefighter, All Star Jack Moore.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

7 9 WEST Hungry Hungry Hippos
All the talk about the twins had Capt. James proud about his new work out regimen.  "I'd like to say I can bench those cupcakes with ease now ...ya know." The Raif Twins made their debut but the Capt needs to know that Diamond Division teams are scouting them as key additions.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

8 15 EAST Nusantara
Shocked the Phenoms in their debut and maybe a lot of that had to do with their scouting report on their opponents. They'll match up with a rookie team, Stylin On You on Week 3.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 0

WON 1

9 1 EAST Underdawgs
They fell 8 spots and lost unexpectedly to the rookies, Regulators. High Five is hoping to make ground and if Underdawgs don't take the game seriously, they'll be looking at a two game losing streak.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

10 4 EAST Stylin' On You
An excerpt from the team's future coach, Terence regarding their demoralizing loss on their MySpace page.

"There comes a time when you have to brush your pride aside and realize that no individual is bigger than the team. Basketball is a team sport. We win as a team. We lose as a team. Teammates are going to make mistakes,"
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

LOST 1

11 11 WEST High Five
Optimistic about a bright future, the team is serious about winning and the shoe game is next. The team's finance department said he'll buy everyone Lebron Zoom Soliders if they beat the Underdawgs.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

12 13 EAST Abstract
They started the season with a double-header and went even at 1-1. Abstract vs. Phenoms rivalry is renewed and it's GM Tommy Avalos vs his former teammates from Phenoms.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 1

WON 1

13 16 WEST Outlawz
Almost surprised Franchise and barely lost their season-opener. The scouting report isn't out on them yet so look for them to surprise a couple more teams. Elements, beware.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

LOST 1

14 10 WEST Phenoms
One by the one, their former players are coming back except maybe for Abstract GM who you won't see in a Phenoms jersey anytime soon. Ranked at 14, Phenoms need to start winning now if they're hoping to avoid not qualifying for the Playoffs for two season straight.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 2

LOST 2

15 12 WEST Elements
All Star Christian Gopez has been watching too many Kobe highlight videos. He throws the entire team under a bus and the outlaw is holding the team hostage by threatening to leave. I hope Elements Productions go into daytime soap with this season's melodramatic Gopez.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 2

LOST 2

16 14 EAST 2nd II None
The "fam bam" squad was overwhelmed with High Five's beefy front line and an upgrade to the roster may be in the works. Fabulous has upgraded their roster and we're curious how these two teams match up.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1

LOST 1

17 - EAST Fabulous
A double-header on Week 4 but for now they'll face an evenly matched Second II None, a team that beat them last season.
Stats  I  Roster 0 - 1
