STREAK

1 1   Ladies Reign
They have too many weapons on the offensive end and they average 55 points per contest. Their outside shooting is superb with the Ladies hitting about 4 three's per contest. MVP Kendra Carraway and SG Amanda Aoun are great... but we'd rather see them playing against each other.
Stats  I  Roster 7 - 0

WON 7

2 2   Macuil
Defensive Player of the Season Isabel Luna could have easily been MVP. The team's chemistry is great and one more key addition would have them on the same level as Reign.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 3

LOST 1

3 3   Smokin' Aces
Anna Reyes was the team's MVP and while the team improved, their looking for new additions in the off-season. GM Darhlene Somera was named Most Improved Player and if she got a couple of free agents... they might be going back to the Finals.

STREAK

1 1 WEST Showtime (Deacons)
Their only loss this season was against Bank and they played without underrated floor leader, Oscar Mendoza. A lot of MVP talk on Sunday night centered around their celebrated Finals MVP.
Stats  I  Roster 7 - 1

WON 3

2 3 EAST #1 Stunners
The Stunners loss were against the same teams that Y.G. lost to. Their 2 losses were against Young Gunnaz Week 1 (52-49) and Deacons. They were previously ranked #2 but after much review, the Stunners were granted the 2 spot with their decisive win over Y.G. on Week 8. (83-74)
Stats  I  Roster 6 - 2

WON 1

3 2 EAST Young Gunnaz
The Young Gunnaz and Stunners are virtually even. The only loss Y.G suffered is against Stunners on Week 8 (83-74) and Deacons. A match-up with Black Out in the 1st Round
Stats  I  Roster 6 - 2

LOST 1

4 4 WEST Foundation 2.0
Defending Champs have yet to see Gopez or Bone Collector play for them all season. Will they finally show up in the Finals?
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

LOST 1

5 7 EAST Parking Lot Pimps
Tremel Fairman grabbed the Rebounding Title and was a close runner-up for Most Improved Player of the Season. The Pimps improved greatly with the addition of Christian Yeung. If they develop with this roster in the offseason they could be back at the top again.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

WON 2

6 8 WEST Black Out
Like the Jackson 5, we like the original players better. The addition of 3 role players didn't mesh well but one thins is certain, Keith Allen is a beast.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

WON 1

7 5 WEST Bank
The only team capable of beating Deacons has to go through Stunners first. GM Aries Inguito would rather face Y.G. but now has to  play against his friends. "Looks like there's a developing rivalry between Bank and Stunners."
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

LOST 2

8 6 WEST Team-Play
The buzz around the gym is JR Reese is in Maywood so its going to be tough for Team Play without their leading scorer in the Playoffs. A re-match with Deacons spells doom.

1 1 EAST The Association
Mission Accomplished. Perfect season means Efehi Ogebor is the GM of the season and Kenneth Ubom is the unofficial MVP so far. We checked our e-mail and ran across an authentic letter from a Street Fam player and it would be interesting to see how Association would respond.

DEAR ASS-OCIATION ,
I HOPE YOU KNOW WE WILL BE BRINGING HOME THE SHIP TROPHY THIS YEAR, THE 1ST GAME WE PLAYED WAS A FLUKE...

I JUST HOPE U PLAN TO GO HARD THIS TIME....

FROM,
A STREET FAM HUSTLA

2 2 WEST USUCK
The EMPIRE struggled on the last week with Foundation and USUCK losing.
Stats  I  Roster 6 - 2

LOST 2

3 7 EAST Street Fam Hustlas
3 teams are tied at the 5-3 slot but Street Fam has the tie-breaker after beating TROY on Week 6 and beating Relics on Week 8. GM Paul Anderson meets a familiar foe, Money Inc.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 3

WON 3

4 8 EAST TROY
Yayboe and The Kid have 2 Championships and they are capable of turning it on/off whenever they want to. Beat Relics and its the undefeated Association. If any team is capable of upsets, its the former Main Event players...
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 3

WON 2

5 3 WEST Relics
Street Fam lost will haunt them. They could have been the 3rd seed and would be playing against Money Inc., last season's Gold Division Champions. Now, it's the rematch of TROY vs Relics and we're hoping we don't have to read another Ernest Pablo letter.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 3

LOST 1

6 5 EAST Money Inc.
3-way tie between the 4-4 teams but Money Inc has the tie-breaker since they defeated the highest ranked team, #3 Street Fam Hustlas.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

WON 1

7 4 WEST Full Clip
Full Clip never played Angkor Wat but they have the tie-breaker since they defeated Money Inc on Week 3. Angkor Wat lost to Money Inc. on Week 1. Moving forward, they face USUCK in the 1st Round, a team they lost to on Week 6.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

LOST 2

8 6 WEST Angkor Wat
Light switch - on. They are capable of beating Association and The Wat faithful are convinced they can do it. Khorn Leng's scoring record may be out but John Muro's rebound record is in.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

WON 1

9 9 WEST Aztecs
Don Clark misses the Playoffs for just the second time. They have a scorer in Big Ben Ede and their passing is splendid. Money Inc was just that much better on Week 8.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

LOST 4

10 10 WEST Still Fly
Superstar Radio soundbyte:
"What happened how did you guys lose?"
"Khorn Leng. That's what happened."

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... eatup.
Gold Division talk would get Remix upset because they would never drop to Gold. SBD on the other hand, wants to move to Gold.

2 3 EAST Underdawgs
We can't look up so we'll have to look down for quality wins. Underdawgs defeated Outkast on Week 1 thereby giving them the tie-breaker between three 6-2 teams.
Stats  I  Roster 6 - 2

WON 3

3 5 EAST Outkast Connection
Outkast and Franchise never played each other but one thing Outkast (Week 7) did was beat Abstract, something Franchise wasn't able to do.

Abstract and Money Shot are tied but the tie-breaker goes to Abstract since they beat Franchise on Week 8.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 3

WON 2

6 8 EAST Money Shot
They can wreck teams with just 5 players and they improve as the season goes. That would mean that they are the Gold Division version of Black Out.
Stats  I  Roster 5 - 3

WON 2

7 4 WEST Regulators
Their win over Underdawgs on Week 2 turned out to be their key to the Playoffs. They got a lot of heat for being so vocal in their first season but that's just part of the rookie culture in Superstar Basketball. They have 2 players capable of playing in Platinum.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

LOST 1

8 7 EAST Fabulous
Fabulous defeated teams such as Abstract and Money Shot and that was enough to secure them a Playoff berth.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

WON 1

9 11 EAST Deep Penetration
Their wins came against non-Playoff teams such as: Elements, Nusantara, Outlawz, Second II None. They lost to teams such as Abstract, Franchise, Underdawgs and Regulators.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

LOST 1

10 10 EAST Nusantara
They could have gotten in the Playoffs but a lost to Money Shot ended their playoff dreams. Next seasons goal is to make the Playoffs and now the expectations are higher.
Stats  I  Roster 4 - 4

LOST 1

11 14 WEST Hungry Hungry Hippos
They defeated Abstract on Week 2. WIth that win comes a high ranking so they rank the highest out of the 3-5 teams. Interesting note from the Hippos, "Ever think of expanding the Playoffs to more than just the top 8?"
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

LOST 1

12 9 EAST Stylin' On You
They defeated Nusantara on Week 3 so they should end the season with a higher rank than Phenoms and High Five. A loss to High Five wasn't the best way to end the season and if both teams come back, the two might develop a rivalry.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

LOST 3

13 15 WEST Phenoms
No Playoffs and but the players from TROY are finally having the opportunity to play Championship ball. If they can bring that winning attitude to Phenoms, they should improve next season.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

LOST 1

14 13 WEST High Five
They didn't beat any of the top teams this season so they get the lowest ranking out of the 3-5 teams. The team still considers itself one of the top teams but they need to learn how to spell team.
Stats  I  Roster 3 - 5

WON 1

15 12 WEST Outlawz
They have a Rookie of the Season candidate in "Fernie" and he was lights out on Week 8. Next season should be a break-out season for the Outlawz
Stats  I  Roster 2 - 6

LOST 4

16 17 EAST 2nd II None
They finally get a win in a hard fought game against Elements. It's fun playing basketball and the Ls doesn't seem to bother them.
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 7

WON 1

17 16 WEST Elements
GM James Bernardo said it best, "We SUCK." Will the EMPIRE finally claim the Elements or will Elements continue to fight for its Rebellion?
Stats  I  Roster 1 - 7

LOST 5

"Basketball is more than just a game, it's a lifestyle."
