Payments
If your team hasn't paid, your
team will not be playing period. We have tried
to accommodate for teams and instead of charging
$340 (return teams) and $380 (new teams)
upfront, we've broken it down to $150 (due in
Week 1) and pay the rest after Week 4.
We will accommodate again.
Last day to make a FULL Payment is 11/25/07.
If your team isn't playing
this weekend, that means your team has not paid
ANYTHING at all. (exception of #1 Stunners,
requested for bye)

SCHEDULE
REQUESTS
So after I post a disclaimer
about schedule requests, the amount of schedule
requests actually doubled. People don't
read or what?
Seriously, I received 18 texts, 14 e-mails, and
5 phone calls on schedule requests after I
posted that disclaimer right down below.
Because I did move games around... guess what
happened. I MESSED UP. I do take accountability
when I mess up, and yes, I blew it for the
Aztecs.
I scheduled a double-header for Aztecs when they
shouldn't have had a double-header.
They scout teams before they
play and they scouted for TROY but ended up
playing Street Fam Hustlas. Now the game is
under protest and they are requesting that the
loss gets taken away because they prepared for
another team.
Yes fam.... I MESSED UP. Also,
I messed up on the location for Still Fly vs.
Association AND I messed up for Remix and Money
Inc.'s game time on the front page. That's 3 on
me.
SO guess what...
We're going back to the old
school, like it or not. Tentative schedule from
Monday to Wednesday. Schedule is final as of
Thursday morning. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Why are we going
back to the old format? I can't accommodate for
every team specially when teams are abusing the
requests just so their game time fits their
schedule. The last 4 weeks is important and
match-ups cannot be moved around. You have to
play the team you're matched up against because
you're matched up against them for a reason.
Every game has Playoff implications... I will
not be blamed for your team not making the
Playoffs because another team requested for a
game time request.
I messed up. Here's my
solution. Final Schedule, THURSDAY MORNING...
and if your team is behind on registration
fees.... then your team won't be scheduled for
this weekend.... and for the rest of the season
until your team gets caught up.
REFEREES
We
are fortunate to have Reggie Ramirez as
our Head Official and he is charge of all
officiating. Unfortunately, Hanz Jimenez
is not a licensed official but lucky for us,
Reggie Ramirez is a licensed referee is very
knowledgeable when it comes to officiating.
With that said, please direct all questions
about officiating to Mr. Ramirez. Complaining to
Hanz Jimenez, the League Commissioner, will not
resolve anything until he is a licensed referee.
RE-ENACTMENT
Player: "Hey Hanz, I am so
ticked off right now, the referee just blew a
call.
ME: "Okay, so what do you want
me to do? Put on a black and white shirt and
pretend I'm a referee?"
Player: "No, I'm just saying it's not fair."
ME: "Well, let me talk to the
refs."
ME to the ref: "Hey can you
not call fouls on Bear, I mean,
uhh... Frank. He never fouls people so please
don't call fouls on him. He gets special
treatment, just like I get special treatment."
With Sarcasm,
Commish.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS
If it's not on the message
board,
it won't be granted. Period..
REFEREES
I'll talk as a player
so that it's clear to
some people.
Zebras are zebras. They'll make their calls.
Sometimes they're not right but no one is
perfect. I had my run-ins with some referees too
and I too get caught up in the heat of the
moment.
Based on my experience from
running in other leagues, when you talk to them
as people and give them that respect, they'll
explain their calls to you. When I got caught up
and I was giving them no respect and I was
arguing calls just for the sake of being
disruptive, I could barely get an explanation
from them. It took me experience to realize that
referees aren't perfect, but if you treat them
with some respect, they'll return the favor.
Simple as that.
CODE OF
CONDUCT
Link to Superstar Kids is on
the right. If you're going to act like a kid on
the basketball court and throw tantrums, then we
suggest you register.
ROSTER
LIMITATIONS
Simple explanation for teams in all rosters.
DIAMOND - Stack up your
squad with talent. No limits. As long as they're
on the roster by the deadline (Week 2, already
passed) then they can play in the highest level.
PLATINUM - ONLY 2
PLAYERS from the Diamond Division. There are no
gray areas. No
EXCEPTION. Teams that are over the 2
player limit need to let their players know that
they can't play.
GOLD - Recreation.
Simple as that. If you're stacking your team
with players from higher divisions and you're
that desperate to win at the lowest level, then
everyone will pretty much know about it. Same
thing, 2 players from a higher division
excluding the GM. Some players may have "moved
up" and may have been added to Platinum/Diamond
Division teams.
NOTE: Rookies in Gold are
exempted because its their first season.
